Working at live events is exciting. Last Friday was not an exception, and certainly a bit more of an unusual event than our normal work. In relation to the opening of the Nobel week, we arranged, together with Mobile Links, a connection between the International Space Station and the Nobel Prize Museum, to facilitate the conversation between ESA astronaut Luca Parmitano and Jessica Meir and three of 2019 Nobel Prize laureates, Mr Mikale Mayor, Didier Queloz and Stanely Whittingham, moderated by ESA astronaut Christer Fuglesang. During the call the participants shared their perspectives of the universe, exoplanets and the challenges of spacewalking. We provided camera production, LED screen, audio, lighting and stage.
